Sugar were appointed to carry out the design of the 33rd floor of the Far East centre in Central Hong Kong for Horoy, one of Shenzhen’s premium developers.
The design was developed hand in hand with the senior design director to ensure the entire final footprint would resonate with the upper management vision.
